The latest Neuhaus creation contains six refined chocolate bases and six richly filled toppings that you can mix & match to create sublime pralines. In all you have 36 unique flavour combinations that offer you exquisite, experimental taste sensations.
The first personalisable praline.
Our Maîtres Chocolatiers have pushed out the boundaries of their inventiveness to create Chocolate Duets. Inspired by the desire to instill this spirit of experimentation in you, they have selected the most refined aromas for each part of the praline. There was a condition however…. Each base had to pair well with each topping. Whichever combination you choose to form the perfect union is entirely up to you. Some duets are mutually enhancing while others have an edge of contrast about them and then there are those that surprise you their unexpected aroma couplings.
With six delicious toppings you can enjoy a creamy praliné or ganache filling coated with white, milk or dark chocolate. The pralinés will surprise you with their touch of almond, hazelnut or pecan nuts, while the ganaches offer an irresistible combination of cream and chocolate from Venezuela and Costa Rica. Not forgetting of course the great classic - salted caramel ganache.
The six chocolate bases guarantee a specific aromatic touch for your personalised duet. They stimulate your senses with flavours like white chocolate and raspberry, lime and lemon or Madagascan vanilla. The three other flavour options - milk chocolate with ginger, dark chocolate with
coffee and white and milk chocolate with caramel - make your task of choosing even more challenging.
