I just wanted to say that I don't think Aizen was trying to lower Momo's guard. Aizen wouldn't need to do that to kill her, my alternative thought is that he really believes that killing her was a mercy as he told Hitsugaya or he planned for her survival and knew his actions would make Soul Society ever angrier in battle after they see the state he leaves Momo in. I think either interpretation is better than him needing to lower Momo's guard since she couldn't even run from him or Gin.

I think Aizen is more like a revolutionary, as he is trying to change what is essentially a highly ineffective tyrannical dictatorship to whatever fits him best. One cannot help to agree that the current Bleach world is basically very unstable and is built upon many lies that the shingami tell themselves to justify their existence, if we consider the novels as canon.
Sure, Aizen is an egocentric sociopath, but I cannot relate to Soul Society or feel sorry for them even a little, I consider them to be equally as bad as Aizen or even worse.

My ideal sequel arc to Bleach is one where Soul Society is actually destroyed forever and a new, better world is created in its place. The characters don't need to die though.

His chief skill was his ability to convincingly lie to people. (Total hypnosis) He filled the role of Satan surrogate (the father of lies) not only by his deceits but by his endless pride. If he plays the role of Satan in the story, even coming to rule over a hell world, I guess that would make Ichigo the Christ figure, saving the world through his heroic sacrifice of his soul-reaper powers in his awesome final battle with Aizen. Aizen was a d*ck.

In truth Aizen wanted to be the hero because The Soul Society and the Gotei thirteen are the real evil while Ichigo and company were just caught up in an unexpected fight which prompted the SS to open their eyes and try to fix their wrong doings

While watching bleach I knew aizen was the villain from the start cause how popular and well known he was if I never knew who aizen was I would believe he was innocent. When I saw aizen pinned on the wall I started to question my self, does some takes control of his body after he died? 😂

Aizen is ridiculous, his badass moment for fans is putting a woman to be stabbed. Coward. What he did to Hinamori is unforgivable he kidnapped a girl's life and trained her not to live without him, he made Momo his property. And he decided to stab her because she couldn't live without him. Abusive disgusting. Yes, she would survive without this crazy man. And in the end he manipulated the protagonist's life and gave the protagonist the power to defeat him and send him to jail, wow, how brilliant he is. He's an idiot coward.

If any philosophy should be apllied to Aizen it's Nietzsche.

This dynamic is definitely my favorite in all of anime(Aizen and Urahara). I asked myself so many times "Who was right? A man who knew all, and worked his best to keep it the way it is, or a man who sacrificed his sanity to change the status quo.

Another thing that always caught my eye was that Uraha is far from a moral person, and usually, the argument is "Uraha is not as evil as Aizen." Well, both aren't. It's just a perspective. I wonder if, and I'm honestly sure, the whole Bleach world would be perfect if Azien's ego didn't blind him and if he kept some people to help him achieve his goal. With Urahara keeping the new world order Aizen made, Yuchwa(fuck his name damn it) wouldn't even have a chance.

Aizen went from hating the Soul King for being an absent, mutilated, powerless god to being an absent, mummified, imprisoned god. How the fuck did I miss that irony for over a decade?

A villain oozing competence with such sheer volume that the only way he loses is a Deus Ex Machina cuz the writer of his own series couldn’t outsmart him.

I can see many parallels between Aizen and Darth Sidious. Detailed planning far ahead, great adaptability and mostly the ability to manipulate everyone and play with their emotions to make them act in accordance to the plan. Both Anakin and Ichigo are the portagonists whose life has been preplanned by the mastermind. Two of the greatest villains in fiction.

Anyone who liked this video would probably enjoy the Castlevania animated series, as well, and should look up Hermeticism and Alchemy. The books Science, Politics, and Gnosticism (Eric Voegelin), Hegel and the Hermetic Tradition (Glenn Alexander Magee), and The Alchemy of Finance (George Soros) are all good resources that Bleach fans should be able to easily relate to the events of the show.

I think the last 20 minutes are completely wrong. You CAN change Reality and Change the World, that's how the Soul King was created to begin with, some individuals with free will decided they wanted to change the world, and they succeeded. Aizen is only trapped because others with free will chose to keep him trapped, because they lack the power to kill him. When he gets free he can achieve his goal. The punishment he got is not some default consequences of ambition, it's humans fighting back against ambition and tyranny. That means tyranny can win, and often does in real life. More often than not a government is here to control not keep safe, and it's individuals with free will who do that controlling not vague universal forces. It's all free will and choices that determine life. Such as, the choices I have made and where I have gotten in life from when I first watched Bleach in 2014 to now 2025. That was all my Choices!

I like the video and I like the content. Everything is well thought out. The only thing I don’t like and this might just be me but the lack of pauses makes it hard to follow at times.
