from what it seems is, you guys are just shaking it for a few seconds and then trying to get juice out of it. but the box says 1 hour of exercise.. have any of you tried working out for an hour and seeing if it actually does the 5 hour?? the idea seems to be to throw it in a bag or on your person. go about your day and when you NEED it, it SHOULD BE fully charge for 5 hours of life.
