ОтветитьI’ve been doing your postpartum workout plan and absolutely loving it! I did the 28 day postpartum ab challenge and was so motivated by actually seeing results that I had to do this next challenge! I’m nearly 10mn postpartum and am so happy I stumbled upon your channel! It’s been exactly what I needed to get back into working out! Im just finishing week 2 and I wanted to give up when the muscle soreness was getting to me but then when I remembered seeing one of your shorts about needing electrolytes I decided to try it and wow! It’s a game changer! Muscle soreness has truly decreased and I can keep pushing myself to get up and do another workout each day! Thank you for the help!!

ОтветитьI don't know how it's possible to be 29 weeks pregnant and in the best shape of my life but these NML workouts have been life changing! Sure I've seen good aesthetic changes in my body, but I'm thrilled that I don't have knee pain anymore when doing lunges thanks to your knee mobility video, and it's no longer a challenge to lift my 2 year old when he wants to be held! Keep up the good work! ❤
