what type of ammo are you using?

what I meant was, did you use frangible ammo on that steel target at such a close range? nothing bounced back and hit you right?

It was 25 yards out. We wear eye pro when we shoot. Anything could happen, but 5.56 turns into dust when it hits that AR 500. I've had jackets shred and come back with pistol rounds. I don't recommend shooting steel with non frag pistol ammo inside 25 yards.

Any issues with hammer follow
