Small critique from my side, why would Italy need to go solo or abandon ethiopia? Without Germany, Italy might lead an alliance of fascist, nationalist, militarist and anti-communist states centered around itself, Bulgaria and Hungary, but maybe soon including Romania, Finland and Estonia, maybe even Poland or Greece depending on how things would go. That loose alliance might find itself defending against the soviet union, thus gaining some international recognition. As Japan would consider it too difficult to strike the european colonies, they'd rather loosely coordinate with Italy against the Russians and serve as a link between the UK and the League of Rome

Hitler's mission in Ukraine loops the second time. You might want to fix that.

My thoughts on what would end up happening is that, at some point, Britain and France would allow Germany to rearm in order to help counter the Communist threat; similar to what happened after WWII in our timeline.

Considering that Hitler once was working as an undercover agent for the Weimar Republic’s Reichswehr, this does make some sense.

I can imagine a part 2 set in 1940s/50s, when the famous retired secret agent, book author, painter, national hero, and the main inspiration for the "Hans Bond" film trilogy, Adolf Hitler, wins the presidency of the Weimar Republic, a leading force in the new, militaristic, yet democratic, Mittleuropa. Imagine a heckin Hitman trilogy but instead of having a bald guy with a code on the back of his head, you'd have a characteristic mustache and a German accent.

The Abwehr would also have plants in France and possibly Italy. Let France stumble across Russia's plans. After all, Spy Services have aided foreign governments before.

The German government was always going to rearm and tear up the treaty. A democratic Germany doing this however would likely mean they eouldn't start the war. Odds are it would have been Stalin.

People pay to much credit to A. H. He is not THE reason NSDAP created or rose to power. Be it not him, it would be someone else. Hitler has certain influence on German politics, but he wasn't the determining factor. If he wasn't chosen to be the talking head, maybe Germany would less genocidal, but WW2 would go generally the same way. More so, it could perform better, cause there would b more military and politically competent leader, or at least someone who would listen to his generals and advisors more.
