Alright, history lesson. Fun one for once, the reason that witch of the black Forest adds a card, but it can't be used that turn, is because of Chaos Emperor Dragon Envoy of the End and Yata-Garasu. Pop everything and discard every card with Chaos Emperor, if you pop a set witch on your field, you used to be able to use the added card the same turn. If you add Yata-Garasu, you can direct attack your opponent in the battle phase, and because of the effect, your opponent doesn't draw a card next turn. From then on you keep summoning yata since it returns to your hand at the end of your turn, but basically you lock your opponent out of playing the game, dealing 200 every turn until they lose. So if you were wondering with doto why he couldn't use kuriboh the same turn, now you know.
