Checking in from the DMV.
ОтветитьGreat video! My husband and I are moving in February, can't wait! Do you know if there any restrictions on certain investment products in Portugal that we need to consider? Are we able to invest in dividend ETFs like VYM while living in Portugal? Any info would be really appreciated! Thanks
ОтветитьWhat if your only income is Va disability, will dividends still be taxed?
ОтветитьMy dividend is currently at £100/month
ОтветитьAwesome Video You Guys!!!😎🥰
ОтветитьOne important fact people tend to forget about dividends is that those companies can cut or reduce dividend payout anytime they want, so nobody can guarantee that the investors can keep receiving dividends in the future.
ОтветитьYou guys are so good. I've got two Dividend ETFs that pay at different increments. I've also just done two Roth conversions as I get ready to move from the U.S. to Portugal.
ОтветитьWhat do you think about monthy EFTºs like SPYI and QQQI?
Ответитьif you own 100 shares of coca cola and they pay 1.80 dividend each quarter. You get 180$ every 3 months. if that stock crashes -10% do you still profit from the dividends?
ОтветитьCan you please do a video on how to make a plan when you inherit a financial gift , win a lottery or a lawsuit. These are unusual ways of getting cash but most don’t have financial education or experience to make wise choices about inheritance and financial wins. 🙏🏽
ОтветитьInvesting in stocks is planting a tree for your future; with patience, it will bear fruit
ОтветитьGreat information was presented in this video. Thanks guys, I am a long time viewer. In addition to dividend payments, do you guys sell covered calls on some of the stocks you own to generate more income?
ОтветитьTHANK YOU GUYS!!!! I aways learn something new 2 types ordinary and qualified dividends. tax loss harvesting...I've got homework📚 💝💝💖💖
ОтветитьHow much dividend can you get every 3 months for $100? I guess $2 at most (prove me wrong please). That means 8% per year.
ОтветитьI think SCHD + DGRO is the best dividend growth portfolio
ОтветитьI love me some divi's
ОтветитьLove you two. VYM for life, with a bit of VOO, ABBV, and NVO. Staying away from REITs until the sector works itself out.
ОтветитьThanks Team
ОтветитьThanks for sharing such valuable information! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
ОтветитьIt a put a smile on my face seeing Cristina's big right ear :). The circle behind her on the wall was amusingly positioned for this video. Have a great week!
ОтветитьVery nice presentation, oration and thoroughness. ❤👍🏼
Ответитьthe problem with divident is that big strong companies pay 2 3 4 % i cant get excited about that when inflation was 15% last year and this year maybe 10% 8% or bigger means risks or not so many ..
ОтветитьAt 32, I'm diving into investing for the first time. I’ve started contributing to my 401K and opened a Roth IRA with automatic contributions. My main question is whether asset allocation is crucial at this stage or if I'm just overthinking as a beginner.

ОтветитьThe smartest thing for anyone to keep in mind right now should be to have different streams of income that are not dependent on the government.
Especially with the current financial crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital assets hmm
I'm really fascinated by investing in stocks but I haven't put in a lot of money yet despite seeing news of people making millions because I am always concerned about the risk involved. What is the best for Less risk and more gains?
ОтветитьSo true!...Dividends are almost like free money! I started my dividend investment journey about the end of 2021 and I'm very optimistic that should my dividend income projection for 2025 pen out, I will be able to set a FI date sooner than I thought possible!
ОтветитьThank you guys for the very informative video ❤ really appreciate and god bless you both 🙏🏽
ОтветитьHow do I make a good earnings from home?
Ответить🍎 Dividend investing is the low hanging fruit of the investment world.
1) Google says the average dividend yield ranges 4% per year.
2) Factor yearly compounding inflation that destroys the buying power of dividend payments.
3) 🌟 MOST IMPORTANT 🌟 When did you buy the stock???
📉📈 If you bought at the last crash, you benefited from stock appreciation and dividend yields
📈📉 But if you listen to these people who are suggesting buying stocks are the top of the market, your losses will be 30-60% dispite dividends.
Investment math says, you a +100% return to break even from a -50% loss. 😅 You ever break even. Warren Buffet isn't buying dividend stocks now. He's in cash equivalents like RISK FREE government bonds.
I love how you explain things so clearly. This video reminds me that the path to success is built on consistent actions and thoughtful improvements.
ОтветитьSCHD and VYM for the win!
ОтветитьYes, dividends can be paid annually, quarterly, and monthly, but also semi annually and weekly if you want to try out ETFs like QDTE, QQQY, YMAX, YMAG, or IWMY. However, assess the risk factor before pulling the trigger.
ОтветитьHow/where can hubby and I invest our life savings(other than stocks)? Were in our 60s. Ty
ОтветитьThe advice of holding dividend stocks in a tax advantaged account (at around 6m in) is very dependent on the situation. If the investment is producing qualified dividends, many would be paying more to hold them in a 401K than to hold them in a taxable retail account. Withdrawals from the 401K will be taxed as ordinary income which is less advantageous than qualified dividends. Also if you want to retire early, one is not going to have access to anything in the 401K until later. Holding them in a Roth is the least expensive option, however again one will not have access to the dividends generated until they are 59.5 years old. Be careful when listening to any investment advice as what is being described may not or may not be ideal for your particular situation.
ОтветитьDividend investing is my jam! I'm building wealth with a buy-and-hold strategy in my Roth account, featuring rockstars like Berkshire B stock, SCHD, and S&P 500 and total market ETFs. My taxable account is also getting in on the action, generating regular income through dividend-paying stocks. It's a winning combo that's helping me achieve my financial dreams!
ОтветитьNot all dividends are created equal! The way you explained qualified vs. ordinary dividends was super helpful. I’m definitely rethinking my strategy now. 😅 Any tips for a newbie just starting out?
ОтветитьI retired last year in october at 60 and I moved all of my 401K into an IRA and bought income/dividend payers and am living off of it %100 without even spending all of the deividends I recieve. I should not have to sell a ticker to fund my life.
ОтветитьWhich monthly dividend payer has the highest yield and safety?
Ответитьyes
Ответитьyes
ОтветитьDo you also invest in international companies?
ОтветитьWhere did yall move to? Still waiting on the follow up vid...hope it was a great move:)
ОтветитьThank you both for the Great content 👍
Which dividends are your top 5 ? Greatly appreciated 🙏❤😊
Excellent finance vid. I was recently researching Ford and AT&T's decent yields and stability. Will study up more on Dividend ETFs and Reits.
ОтветитьThanks very much for sharing your experience and expertise. Loads of love to you and your wonderful family 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьGreat video to explain dividend investing! The only part that probably can create confusion was the part on tax loss harvesting (TLH). It is important to know that TLH can only offset up to $3000/yr of income (which includes dividends), but this is only after the losses from TLH are used first to offset capital gains before any remaining losses can offset other income such as from dividends.
ОтветитьOne lesson I've learned from millionaires is to always put your money to work, no matter how small. Even investing €200 per month can compound to tremendous wealth over decades. The key is to keep going!!
