This is a magic place. Not only at holiday time,but the sumptuous gardens are lush and maintained to the nines! LONGWOOD is our ((USA) premier gardens!

I’ve been going to Longwood yearly since 1971 when my aunt took me and my brother there for our first visit. Now I go with my daughter every year, she was there when she was just a few months old. She will bring her family too when she has children. I love seeing how things change every year and am saddened when some places close, for example there was a time when you could walk up the bell tower, but they do a wonderful job. I pray it never closes ❤

I’ve never been to Longwood at Christmas during the day, we always go at night because of all beautiful outdoor lights, but this is still stunning ❤

I grew up by Longwood. I considered it my backyard. It used to be to be free to get in. Now it’s a little expensive and also crowded. Christmas time is the worse time to visit simply because of the crowds. In fact, it’s pretty much crowded all the time no matter what time of the year one goes. To us, Longwood has become too commercialized and we no longer visit that often.

Beautiful beautiful thank you had the pleasure many years ago. Could not walk it now .this was great.

If I lived nearby, I would spend a day each week, in the winter, just wandering among the gorgeous 'green everything'! And, at Christmastime, I'd sit, admiring both the tropical plants and the 'snow'-covered Christmas tree without having to move at all.
