Even though I already have an understanding of everyday English words and terms and wouldn't really need to know words like victuals or boatswain for the most part I really love these videos, they're fun to watch, and educational, I like to learn new words especially when I can use them in conversations but still learning new English words and their pronunciations for me is really fun so thanks a lot for these videos.

For study English Language we need way much study related pronciation English vocabbullary context or semantic how to difference homonim and hamographe and grammar IM from one another country in my opinio. Is possible to remind all word English but my profesor say English need practice much time for understand for real. Culture and slang word make my self super though. Bu couple of people say find friends and try speak to native speaker and who people want speak if our English no fluency yet

Wow, Antonio, thanks so much for this video - as an non-native English teacher in Germany (but having lived in Australia for over 30 years) there ARE words that I had either never heard or have mispronounced -boatswain, forecastle, even victuals (we have the word 'Vi*k*tualienmarkt' in German!); 'awray' I only heard of, and heard it pronounced, a couple of years ago!.... I also love how you explain the etymology, you are brilliant!

Oh my god, the pronunciation of these words are terrible. If I'd pronunciate them bad, it's pretty possible that English speakers understand another words, things and ideas 😢
