I think these container homes r cool. They have good craftsmanship. I would need more windows. Also, I am guessing that there can be changes. I would take out bunk beds & put 2 twin beds in. Shipping containers in2 homes is a very ingenious idea. I do think that they should b made more affordable, especially 4 people who r not rich.

My dream, to find land. Build tiny homes with 1-2 acres each, and sell them for payments based on your income. I’ve been poor my whole life, welfare baby. I still am poor at 60 yrs old, but I’ll never give up on my dreams. I want to be completely off grid, yet hour from stores for food etc, here in California. Land is in the millions $$, so I’m working with lots of ways to get the $$. And have tiny homes disabled can use 😊 🙏

$50,000 to $100,000 is not affordable to lower middle class or low-income people.

Hi guys. I love your video. I too have ben drawing house plans all my life. I learned drafting in High school woodworking class. I'm a senior citizen now &still drawing. I must have drawn 100 floors plan for containers. Every size there is, from 20' - 53'. Keep up the great work.

Tiny home is Not affordable in covid madness and capitalist greed ...

Only 40-100 K for an 8X 30 (240 sq ft) metal box in the same breath as "make a difference in affordable housing'. Makes me want to hurl. Only about $166-400 per square foot. Very affordable. Just another gimmick by people wanting much more than an average profit in business.

I wish you would do a show on Incredible Tiny Homes in NewPort , Tennessee. The owner is Randy Jones. The variety of different homes is amazing. They have a Incredi-A-Box home for $20K. It’s a must see.

I have spoken to the planning department and don’t have any restrictions, just need an engineer to draw a plan. Can anyone please help me?

lmao 100k that’s absolutely ridiculous and you have to spray foam the hole container b4 you even frame inside because condensation that’s just facts incredible tiny homes will explain that to you never frame it with wood first 100k and there doing it wrong
