lol. My Peloton took 7 weeks to deliver, and arrived on an 18-wheeler. i then had to help the skinny truck driver carry it in.

Regarding the clip-in pedals.. assuming Peloton is using industry standing cycling gear you can probably replace the clip-ons with standard cycling pedals. Though the whole point of clips is the additional power you generate with both up & down strokes. In a race bike that translates into speed. But when talking about an exercise bike that translates into cals burned which I'm guessing is why Peloton went with clips.

to anyone looking at pelelton, consider a proform smart 10, they are about 500 and i think ifit might be better cause you go on real rides it's not just all classes.

I have a NordicTrack spin bike and use the Peloton app (I have my bike set up in front of a 27" screen and surround sound), but I have been seriously considering purchasing a Peloton bike. I'm glad I found your video, and will now hold off on buying the bike as I'm not sure the extra expense would be worth it. The app allows me to access live classes and admittedly I can't interact but I'm not sure I need that. Have you ever compared using your bike 'fully interactive' against just using the app? I'd be interested to know your thoughts. Thank you for a great video.

You not required to buy the bike shoes. U can change the pedals to adjustable cage ones

How'd you get wire weight holders on the bike+? I just ordered mine and they said mine will have plastic... the plastic looks so cheap!

Finally someone who is a healthy weight talking about their experience. Everyone else is about 60-100 pounds overweight and talks about how they ride everyday and how it is a great workout. 🙄

So, the bike is good quality, but it:
- wobbles
- squeaks
- seat is unable to be secured so it doesn't slide down
You've given it a very thorough review, but those aren't qualities I think of when I think of a bike being good quality. Kinda disappointed in the quality, TBH.

Purchased the Bike Plus back in June 2021. For the past couple of months I’ve been experiencing pedal crank noise & wobbly handlebar issues. I contacted Peleton tech support, sent them uploaded videos and I was told that replacement parts were going to be ordered and shipped directly to me, a third party vendor is going to contact me to schedule an appointment to replace the parts. Frankly, I didn’t spend nearly $3K for the bike & extended warranty to have a third party vendor come out to troubleshoot. I’m not too happy about that. It makes me feel like PELETON is no different than Nordictrack. So keep that in mind before you spend your hard earned money.

Wow I had a contractor to deliver mine. They said the could only set up. I had no tourial. It take over a month to get and then the monitor did not work. They are sending me a new monitor. I have to wait about 2weeks. They gave me 2 month no charge added.

i am 280lbs guy. i am afraid to get this bike coz i will get butt pain from that pointy seat. :(

Im glad you had a good delivery experience, but I think you’re remiss to leave out how disastrous their third party delivery services have been. A few quick searches online will show how baaaad to this day delivery is if you are stuck with third party delivery. My wife and I were all set to order until the sales rep at the store told me they used a third party delivery company for my area. At this price point anything short of a perfect experience is unacceptable to me.

Great video but you can purchase pedal clips that allow you to wear regular tennis shoes.

Was thinking about getting one. I’m just gonna get the app because truthfully that’s the only reason I’m interested in the bike.

$1500 for a bike, plus shipping plus a monthly subscription. One word to say to all of you..."sucka"

I decided to go with the peloton original this Black Friday 2021. Tbh, I already owned a Garmin watch, and purchased the screen swivel from Amazon. It was was best $600-1000 I’ve ever saved on a bike. Definitely recommend anyone on the fence to go with the original, and use the money you would save on other home fitness equipment!
