Bernie's Book Bank has supported elementary districts in the D218 area the past two years. This incredible organization, which has provided nearly 8 million free books to underprivileged children in the Chicago area in less than a decade, has given books (6 at a time in each bag that you'll see) to 13,000 eligible students in District 218 feeder schools the past two years.
