Hi Tash! Your hair looks nice. I do what you do but I use injection tape ins. They are much less noticeable and more natural. The only downside is there are only 5 in the pack. I don’t do a full head so it works for me. The half plastic strip tho is way better than a whole full one and it is less noticeable too.

Do you do anything special to sleep in them? Wondering if you can run in them too. I’m an avid runner with fine thin hair - I usually wear a hat for sun or when it’s cold. Wondering if that would rub and pull hair out…

Your hair looks gorgeous with extension! I've been wanting to try them too. Have you noticed any extra shedding or thinning in the areas where you wear them?
