you all are amazing .
Ответить@KTMONEY100 its not an overhand grip. Its actually called a "hook grip". Insane none the less.
ОтветитьLol'd at the scream at 1:03
Ответить@samsungpropel1 He's 19 and weighed 245lbs this day... he doesn't pull over/under, he's been using hook grip for a long time
ОтветитьAwesome - highly motivating!
ОтветитьAmazing shit!! You guys are beasts
ОтветитьI hope see both Chris and Eric for many years to come on the pro level
ОтветитьGood shit, man. Good shit.
Ответитьthe way chris lifted his PR reminded me of benedikt magnussons world record deadlift. controlled lifting, controlled lowering. next record holder right here. keep it up!
ОтветитьYou guys all did a great job. Chris, 805lbs very imprssive but your regular grip on that kind of weight is incredible. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьHow tall is the guy who pulls the 805? He looks very lean for 245. He's DL freak. Mixed grip, he'd add another #50 right off the top.
Ответитьthat was hardcore .... Liked
ОтветитьJesus the grip strength alone is crazy!
ОтветитьHe will one day for sure be able to pull 1000
ОтветитьPoint well taken, sir. Thank you.
ОтветитьNo sarcasm at all. I take weightlifting, powerlifting and strength training for sports much too seriously for that. They've a part of my life since I was 11 years old and now I'm...well...lets just say, a bit older. And I'm old enough to know when someone know's better than me. Thx again.
ОтветитьWTF? Chris Hickson's grip is not human. Honestly he has as strong a grip as anyone in the world and his deadlift ain't far behind.
ОтветитьI guess it helps that he uses rolling momentum to lift it up. Not a proper deadlift.
ОтветитьWas this filmed at the gym that burned down? where are you guys training now?
ОтветитьMagnusson also rolled it when he lifted the world record (1015 lbs).
ОтветитьExactly my point.
ОтветитьShut the hell up.
ОтветитьIt looks like Chris's back is rounded at the top when he lifts. Is that okay to do, because I see some of the super heavy lifters sorta rounding. Or am I way off?
Ответитьlight wate bro a no respect from me
ОтветитьForm will break near max weight. And upper back rounding is fine, its when lower starts to round that it can get dangerous.
Ответитьwho the fuck lifts almost 600 pounds that fast
Ответитьdamn! that's impressive!!!
ОтветитьI'm sure you know... but the 1015 record has been beaten many times over... savickas with 1117 being one of them at the arnold classic last year. as for kevin... even if rolling the weight aint a proper part of deadlifting (i dont think it is either)... what this 19 y/o (chris) can do is just fucking insane.. you gotta admit. He lifted 585 like i lift 245... its fucking incredible.
ОтветитьChris is a total beast - mad grip strength and crazy pulling power
Ответитьover grip...crazy!
Ответитьhow tall is chris hickson?
ОтветитьChris is STRONG AS FUCK!
ОтветитьIt's not double overhand grip, it's hook grip, a much stronger and secure grip than double overhand, it's just most people can't take the pain.
ОтветитьI just don't understand how he can lift that much. Jesus its so fucking sick the weight jumps up like its nothing
Ответитьhm I'm wondering - why is it that all the best deadlifters seem to hyperextend their back a bit at the top of the lift. I do it too and I'm wondering if I should just keep doing it because it really feels natural to lift that way. In this video it seems to me every lift they all pull back PAST standing straight up. Yet all the form nazis claim you should just stand straight then go back down. Can someone explain please? I would appreciate it.
ОтветитьSavickas dead lifted from a higher bar position than Benedikt Magnusson. Zydrunas has yet to hit the 1000 pound mark from standard bar height.
ОтветитьName of song playing at 2:50?

ОтветитьThat was sick. Hope someday I can lift that much.
ОтветитьMan Monsters!!!!
ОтветитьJesus all these dumb fucks "double overhand grip!!!!! wow!!!!!" it's not double overhand, it's a hook grip. hahaha strong af tho man. Eric man you've put almost 150 lbs on your deadlift since this vid. awesome stuff.
Ответить805 double overhand and i can'tdo 405 double overhand. OMFG i dont want to lift on this planet anymore
ОтветитьHow is this shit possible
Ответитьare ernie and eric brothers or father and son?
ОтветитьU guys make me appreciate the sport of powerlifting soooo much!! Coming from a basketball fan, keep lifting keep inspiring god bless!!
ОтветитьChris Hickson and his smooth effortless deadlifts and Eric Lilliebridge smaller than now but still jacked and strong out of his mind
ОтветитьIm just here chasing what they started with.....
ОтветитьHickson is a FREAK...love it
ОтветитьWhew!
