But no pokemon box is worth that shit XD like, ever. Even that eevee set is complete trash. You have a 1 in 100 entire boxes opened of hitting anything worth more than that one box. And as the box grows in value that chance only decreases. Hell, it's often cheaper to buy the one single chase card that is usually worth more than the box. Because 99% of cards in every booster box are trash cheapo XD

I honestly believe people who buy pokemon boxes at these high costs are the biggest timmies in tcg. It's contagious too because it makes everyone think they are worth more than they are. These aren't og pokemon that have a way better chance of pulling something amazing. How many boxes I have cracked, and keep in mind, I don't pay over 100 bucks on these things... and I have never gotten one of the expensive cards and never even gotten half the value of the box back in value. So no way in hell am I ever betting that on the boxes that go 200 and up.

Not unless I am collecting a sealed box for prosperity would I even think of paying that haha.

I’m brand new to collecting Pokémon cards so I’ve noticed almost all of the older cards have a yellow border as opposed to the silver/grey border these newer ones have. I don’t like the yellow :/

my problem is money... I agree that many SW&SH sets are not being looked at and trust me I wish I had the money to invest on older sets. The preorders of these newer sets though are going to be hard to come by as the sets come closer to release. For example Prismatic Evo if you did not preorder before the SIR reveal.... (not happy they did that) you are not going to get "the best price". i was able to put some preorders at $40 an etb. I did not have enough cash to buy more because i was investing into Surging Sparks... great video btw. subbed up.
