🍰 Ingredients:

3 Eggs
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Sugar 130g (⅔ cup)
Oil 120ml (½ cup)
Plain flour 150g (1 cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
Fresh Ginger grated 1 tablespoon

Warm Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Chai Spice mix 1 tablespoon (Or you can use Cinnamon and cardamom powder combined 1 tbsp)

Dried Fruit and Nuts 100g (½ cup)

Baking pan 21x11x6 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 45-50 minutes
