Four year ago I was diagnosed with glaucoma. I passed through a series of doctors examinations and used a lot of medications. The doctor even recommended surgery but I refused because I was worried. From Last check up my doctor suggested Latanoprost at night and one I feel pain to use Probeta N. It has become my cross because the medicines are so much expensive.

I was diagnosed with traumatic glaucoma last year. Been on 3 eye drops a day and had Ahmed valve surgery to lower my pressure even more since my baseline pressure in my left eye was 50. I asked my doctor if there was any vitamins I could take to help even more but told me there wasn’t enough evidence to prove they’re effective. I’ve been doing my own research now though and on top of the vitamins you listed there’s also nicotinamide and citicoline. My pressure in my left eye was 18 last appointment. I started taking a lot of different vitamins since then and I’ll see in a few months if there’s any positive changes at my next appointment.

Just returned from the Hospital after being told my eye pressure is high so I need to now take eyedrops on both eyes potentially for the rest of my life. Had 18 in one eye in Nov, in May it was 23, now 28. My eye doc wants me back in in a month. Been worried about it since Nov but was told not a concern.

Last month I was diagnosed with early glaucoma (just few small spots on right eye), eye pressure between 15.9 to 21.8, it’s hereditary. Yesterday had laser intervention. Will check in September how it worked and if successful I might avoid drops for a number of years. Plus I was recommended not to exercise anything bent down, control blood pressure, and what is important - to take supplements to ensure good blood circulation in brains and do exercises and massages to prevent stiffness in neck (I work in an office). Very interesting video especially about the diet. I noticed that glaucoma recommendations are similar to those in case of thyroid problems.. healthy lifestyle as much as possible, exercising, food and supplements and trying to find the ways to enjoy life and lower stress..

Hello this is LEMLEM I 2 months ago my eyes pressure was 30 31 (which was very high) I have glaucoma and my Dr give me Latanoprost it bring you pressure to 16 16. But, the problem is or was the side effect was headaches and I have a history of AFAB and slow Heart bit, sometimes my BP drops to 95/47 or 110/50? So, she changed my eye drops to Brimonidine, Dorzlamide all gives me headaches, red eyes echoey irritation and so. And now 2 or 3 weeks ago I started Travoprost?? That brings my eyes pressure to 18 and 19 ? Still the side effects become even worse Tingling around my lips my mouth, red eyes, painful to open, very very sensitive to light and Sun??? I am very confused what is my other options if I can’t tolerate those medications? I need help/ advice so scared. Today is even worse so I am going to see another Dr Tomorrow. It’s true I don’t exercise but, I will start to go to the gym because, I can’t tolerate any Sun light. My vision is getting bad since I started those eye drops HELP and thank you very much
