i was walkin the beach years ago and i was in joy and days later i was suffering,lonely, i asked lord why am i going through these swings in emotions.? i heard that for you to know the heighths of my joy you must also know the depth of my suffering as well.

I used to be a mind over matter guy and never understood anxiety attacks. "You're shaking and you don't know why" is the perfect way to explain it. Anxiety is absolutely awful but it definitely opened up a new perspective and I needed that.

These men were thinking this was their chance, " we gone git these millionaires to the gas station!" You gotta have em on one of the podcast.

I’ve listened to uncle Si talk, and Sadie. The way they communicate are very similar. Not only can I tell that they are related, but it seems they have learned much from each other. It was very meaningful for me to watch them communicate. You can see the reason why God put them together in the same family. Very cool!

Wise words given to me by my dad when I received my first driver’s license “Now always remember, E on the gauge DOES NOT stand for ENOUGH.” He knew me so well. 😂

Hormones! Unbalanced hormones and thyroid issues can cause anxiety. I recommend finding a hormone specialist or naturalpathic. Anxiety out of nowhere is not fun but i ask God for peace and comfort and He never fails me.

I think many have eyes to see, but do not want to seize what God is showing them.

Anxiety when not a chemical imbalance, is typically birthed from a lie we are believing. When I feel that way, I sit with God and ask him what lies I am believing. I renounce the lie. Repent for believing it. Ask God for a truth for each lie. Write the truths down and say them out loud and receive them. Very helpful tool that has changed the game for me.

Wait you tell people that it's okay to sin because Christ died for your future sins which is a lie straight out of the pits of hell, and then you say you got to walk the walk. Well if you're walking the talk then you are not living in sin are we ? We need repentance daily folks not just once upon acceptance.
