A talent for sure, however that is paramount to Dortmund and the ethics of the German league. I believe, wait for it, that Lingard could have looked this good if he played for a German club since he was 18.
Sancho very likely has better technique but the key from watching these clips is that he is just so confident to try all the fancy touches. Breeding that confidence from a young age is crucial to success.
With Rashford, Martial, Greenwood, Van de Beek and Bruno, please go for Dayot, beef up our defense and leave this Sancho guy alone because it'll never happen.

4.03 is just pure filth! Poise, balance, close control and top class playmaking abilities. Thats not to mention his dribbling at speed and outstanding goals and assist contribution, I'll be a very happy United fan if we manage to sign him.
