I’m disappointed with the Centurion D20. It’s marketed as a smart device, which was the main reason I purchased it for my Airbnb. My intention was to manage users remotely from my home, which is located in a different area from the Airbnb. However, I’ve discovered that the D20 is not truly a smart device—it only offers Bluetooth connectivity. This limitation means I cannot access or manage the D20 remotely, making it impossible to add new guests to my Airbnb as I initially planned.

I expected much more functionality from a device labeled as "smart." This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope Centurion addresses this gap in future updates or models.
