Seems, There's an issue with the control Scheme
You have created a reference of 400 V and requested to operate boost at V_MPP. If the Boost MPP voltage and DC Bus voltage are different, there will be a conflict in which control loop to be followed.
The solution is- Instead of making 400V as DC bus reference, use V_MPP as a reference voltage. Then the complete scheme works fine.

In Matlab 2022a Fcn is not recommended. Instead of Fcn, Mathworks suggested using the MATLAB Function block. Can you please tell me what I should write inside the Matlab Function block instead of Fcn block? Thanks :)
