Step 1 - be born rich and powerful. Step 2. Step 3 - profit. Step 4 - tell people it's their fault they weren't born that way.

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly—which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125,000 bond/stock portfolio.

I don't know who needs to hear this but i couldn't afford rent 2 years ago, now i can. Couldn't buy a Tesla a year ago now i have both a tesla car and lots of tesla stock, my point is building wealth is in your mindset, work on that and your financial potentials becomes exponential, develop habits like avoiding debt, cutting costs and most importantly, regularly putting money away in intervals for investments .My advice is to start with the stock market, it has plenty of opportunities to earn..Trust me I was able to grow to 7 figures just on a diverse portfolio strategy spread across bluechips, top etfs and coins and i didn't even have to lift a finger because my broker James Fletcher Brennan did all the hard work, he handles all my investments and ensures I stay above the market

What does it profit a Man if he gains the Whole World but loses His Eternal SOUL? Charlie and Warren had great Wealth and power but gave much of it to Universities which poisoned the entire world Instead of Spreading the Gospel of JESUS CHrist who Blessed the Western World and through Them the Entire World. Now Charlie will spend Eternity in Hell Fire instead of Heaven because he rejected JESUS and Failed to Use his power and wealth to spread the Message of JESUS. Eternity in Heaven or HELL it is still your choice. REPENT NOW for the time is short before JESUS returns and GOD brings Judgment on the Entire World Before HE finally Judges each person to HEaven or Hell.

I am older.
1. I will express part of what he is attempting to communicate in a different fashion.
In school, we are not taught to question our assumptions and ideology. You are indoctrinated and graded and advanced in school if you parrot what you are taught.

2. Yes, Ben Franklin was an observer. Read his observations about the printers in England. They were the most highly compensated and literate people . . and why they did not advance. I am a listener. One night I was at a dinner party. A former Kapo was the party. His daughter had told me about his life. He spoke to people and everyone was delighted. He asked about people's opinions, interests, goals, families. He said nothing about his life experiences, his education, his employments. I understood how he had survived the Nazi concentration camps and the vote of the barracks of whether he lived or died. And other Kapos died. No one knows me education, employment or former licenses . . . not even my doctors. And I know a lot about my doctors, dentist, lawyers, enrolled agents, auto repairman.

3. Simplifying. Have you read Einstein's papers? I have. He reduced his discussion to simple examples. Did I understand everything? No. But I understood a lot more than if he had not used simple examples..

So done with the term "self-made". No one is self-made. And that isn't a criticism, it's just how the world works imo. There is a whole team of people that went into making this man who he is. That doesn't mean he didn't work for it. Someone can lay the path for you, but you still have to walk it. But the idea of "self-made" that capitalism likes to sell is not how it works.

Comment on Munger's life. People are largely unaware that he divorced at age 29, became destitute, and shouldered the medical bills of his dying son. He also lost an eye in a botched surgery.

We all have our ups and downs. You play the hand you are dealt. I didn't get divorced - my wife died leaving me with a little one. I didn't get remarried. Surgery? I was not able to type, print or understand what I was reading after surgery. The doctors wanted me to do crossword puzzles. I decided to learn another language and did so. Never give up.
