I started shooting interviews for this video in late 2013 to celebrate my amazing friends at NTC Liberty Station. Since then some have moved out and of course new neighbors have moved in. The Arts and Culture District in San Diego is always evolving but you can be sure of one thing. Barracks 19 is always alive with creativity, come check us out!
