An ancient Vtuber that's still grinding away is Theonemanny, he uses a stock Facerig avatar, but he's been consistent and doing for longer than most Vtubers. I think more people should know about him.

I think most people have no idea who either of these two are, but if she's expecting to somehow do well in the current vtuber environment...All I can say is that she better have one hell of a plan right now because vtubers in themselves are oversaturated and most mainstream audience to vtubers see HoloMyth to be the most influential group/member of EN outside of Vshojo, tsunderia, phase connect and the like. If she's expecting a warm reception, I would be surprised if she hit triple digit views on her first stream as I've heard no real mention of Eilene. Then again, I don't really do social media, but I would expect a lot of chatter on comments, streams, etc. Heck, aside from this video, I didn't even know Eilene existed.

cant judge anything from one sides perspective, everyone's a victim in their mind to some degree, and i cant get mad at her disappearing anymore the i could when Kaguya Luna just stopped back then, was years later it came out to me why Kaguya Luna quite suddenly, maybe we will learn now again, or maybe they dont want to bring up old drama and want to move on no matte who was at fault

Never watched her before so i have no emotional investment in her return. But I do admit that I'm curious about the reasons why.

Yeah, basically Eilene lost a lot of morale because of constant pummelings. Take this into context;
Eilene had her home channel taken and her old videos removed.
Her yomemi/moemi channel was hacked and she lost ALL of those videos. No archive.
Her English channel is mostly safe under Natsumi Moe and those videos are thankfully archived.
She had to give up Etra, her cool space-wife.

After taking such a virtual beating, can you blame her for having her morale sink to the ground?
I was always hoping she'd be able to come back some how. And like, while it may seem fishy she'd ask for her old channel back, consider this.

Moe moved to Raven manor, so the old Natsumi Moe isn't being used.
It was originally hers. And it's all she has left. Do you think the cold-coporation that took her old channel that became Mirai Akari would give it back?

She is in a very very bad situation. u____u She doesn't have a lot of quarter, I think.
Do not forget the genuine good she has done in her past, either. She's the sort of person who donated to random Japanese twitch streamers cause she felt twitch Japan was underrepresnted. It was a kindness disguised as a prank.

Here is the actual TLDR, this guy tortured moe to the point she started to have suisidal thoughts, fucked off when he became irrelevant and when shiori became famous again he came back, took the channel she worked 3 years (ALONE) and forcefully took the channel.
She is a seething shitter crying at shiroris success.

if she is determined to come back, she needs to start over anew. find closure and move forward with what she can bring to the table. she still has her other socials to bring back the old faithful.

Based on what just happened this adds some additional context. I hadn't Natsume in awhile after falling into the hololive rabbit hole, but if the drama between her and Comdost, as well as claims of abandoning other people, that may lead some credence into the claims against Eilene. Not that the other guy doesn't sound sketchy either. It's tragic because of what they had started to accomplish artistically may have led to them getting corrupted or at least sloppy along the way and making some seriously bad choices.

I'll have to keep an eye on Moe to see if she responds at all.

She was my first vtuber, and I still consider her the best.

As a side note, I do hope she addresses why she disappeared and even mentions the VTubers she's abandoned. I don't know what plans she has going forward or if this is just a one-off thing, but if it's long term, I'd like to know on whether or not it's worth investing time into her and her content
