One of the first games I ever played.. loved it.. on reflection I m not sure why.. a bit meh

It's kind of underwhelming compared to the previous ones. Excellent sound, though.

The blip in the game where you can stay in the middle and go through the bars when you're in the millennium falcon and not die 🤣

Played this on Amiga. Didn't realize there was an Arcade version!

There were thumb triggers that would turn the AT-ST's head left and right but you didn't seem to need them -
This game was really hard - the controls and feel were absolutely horrendous.

This game was my claim to fame back in the '80s...I completed the whole game with a score of over 1 million several times on a single 10 pence piece...the arcade owner asked me to leave as I wasn't spending enough money and I had a crowd around the machine while I was playing it 🤣...we lived in a seaside resort and the arcade owners used to put up signs saying "No locals allowed" 😮
Don't think they'd get away with that now 😡

Man I remember spending a lot of time around 1987at the local Pamida playing this. I know I made it to at least the level shown here because I remember the additional challenges - wish I could remember what my highest score was.

One of my neighbors had this cabinet, right on their porch. And these were some white trash kin... always curious about the story that got them this lol.
But it was fun playing it

Used to regularly clock this game over a million .. there is a cheat/hack/bug on the speeder bike section , u would push the yoke hard forward and right before luke gets on the speeder , then once the bike moved you'd snap the yoke back and right and the speeder would go into the grass verge on the right and avoid all the trees and obstacles .. not sure its possible to do on mame as I've tried and couldn't do it
