Hey Antonio any bespoke tailors you recommend from Sydney/Brisbane Australia?

I love to take a walk down Savile Row and the neighborhood. Most of the time I'm just window shopping, but I have bought a suit or two.
And I must admit that the quality is second to none

Enjoyed the video Antonio! As a tailor yourself what would you recommend for someone who has tried for instance, Modern Tailor, and can't get shirts to fit properly and just wants to make their own clothes? I would really like to hear your opinion on the subject. Thanks,

You mentioned the different style of suits, British, European, American style, but I don't know so much about them. I would be interested to know more about the different styles of suits and maybe a bit of history about them as well.

I must say, I am dubious about modern tailor customer services, I bought a shirt from them, while the stitching and the fabric does look great, they got the measurement wrong. I have tried to contact them but I had no responses so far. Not sure what to do.

Hi Antonio, thank you for the wide range of choices that you offer in that video, it is very cool. :-) Shirts for $50 tailor made... Why not buy them from the rack and have them tailored? 

If I am going to wait lets say 2 weeks for a shirt or 3 to 4 weeks for a suit, I would rather spend a decent amount (shirt $200+, suit $2k +) and have something of high quality than a shirt that looks like any other shirt from the rack... in the same cheap fabric...

I also just read bespoke by Richard Anderson, and it was quite a great read, really appreciate bespoke tailoring more. Gives you more of an inside view on the world on tailoring at Huntsman, why it tends to be the most expensive shop on savile row, and how it grew.

What about black lapel?

Recently got quite a few suits made at West End Vedi Tailors in Canot Place, New Delhi. It's very much one of the ones where you have to know what you're looking for in terms of fabric and the fit but they do excellent work. Very good craftsmanship on the suits and at a very good price. They don't do any online orders for any new customers but exisitng customers can quote their order number to have them make something to the same spec if you can't personally go out there. I was quite pleased with their work and so far everyone that I've shown their suits to back home were absolutely shocked that I got them in India.

I've recently put in an order with Kachins Clothing in Mumbai as I'm here on business for 2 weeks and will expect to receive them this Thrusday. They come recommended by one of the directors at my offic back in London so I'm expecting good things from them. I'll report back.

I wanna try to send my measurements into Modern Tailor but Im not sure of my Measurements. I had a suit fitted at a Mens Wearhouse and it didnt coming out right. Anyone know of a Tailor in the Phoenix, Az so I can get my measurements so I can send them into Modern Tailor.

I really want a good suit- but I have a budget :( One day.

Have you check out the two Canadian/Australian brothers who own Tailor on Ten in Bankok? They are at the top of the food chain and easily stack up there with Narin Couture.

I live in Rhode Island and on your recommendation, I tried out Blank Label in Boston and it was definitely worth the money I spent. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish and the fit on the jacket, trousers, and shirt were, after a try-on fitting and round of adjustments, nothing less than amazing.

I bought a black 2-piece suit at Walmart and it fits me perfectly. It cost about $160. It is a very conservative style. See I live and work in an environment where dressing down is the norm.

Great video Antonio! Quick question. Does anybody have any experience with Rajawongse Clothier in Bangkok? If so, would you recommend them? The reason I´m considering them over Narin Courture is that they make a suit in 1 week, whereas it takes 2 weeks at Narin´s shop. Also I read that you get more guidance if you have no idea what you´re looking for in a suit at Rajawongse Clothier.

What do you recommend for a person who is not wealthy/rich but desires to get their correct body measurements? In order to get my body measurements. I will need to purchase their clothing which is quite expensive. I called the one in NYC.

Buying custom suits and shirts online is one of the best ways to get a cloth that fit well for pretty reasonable prices, especially if you don't have an "off the rack" build. But buying made-to-measure clothing can be a very frustrating and expensive experience. You can waste your precious time and money if you don't do it right.
Yeabarron is a new brand of MTM on Amazon Custom, which you can trust for size measuring. as for the price is 1/2~1/3 of other brands online in the case of the same quality.
I have tried them many times, now all of my dress shirt and suit is made by Yeabarron, why? you will find out the answer after you tried.

I like Antonio. he puts out a quality product. However, maybe things have changed a bit since he put out this video. I was just in Narin Couture's in Bangkok and that guy is just terrible to deal with: impatient, curt and lacking any kind of social grace. There selection of linen shirting material was very small and at $200/linen shirt with a 3 shirt minimum and requiring you to stay there for a full week while they dither about with your shirt, I think I'll take my business somewhere else, like Sicily, where they will do just as good a job or better without the attitude.

I like these older videos better with the calmer pace.

Narin is such an amazing tailor! He's the best in town, not just because of his crafts, but also his care and advices he gives. He does things quickly but precisely. I have had a lot of experience with tailors in Bangkok and since I became his customer, I do not want to go anywhere else.

I can’t believe you are recommending buying a bespoke suits in Bangkok and Hong Kong. I’m 75 and have worn bespoke suits all my working life and suites from Bangkok and Hong Kong do not measure to ones I’ve bought in London
