ОтветитьOh, what a treat ! Mike and Jina 🎉🎉🎉. Jina , you look like a movie actress 🎭🎥. 😍. Very informative video !!
ОтветитьYou both look 👍 wonderful. Jina your haircut makes you look even younger 🎉🎉🎈
ОтветитьHis smile is so beautiful
ОтветитьJina you're becoming more pretty day by day
ОтветитьWhy is it so hard to find a "stand alone" house in Seocho-gu or Gangnam? I can't stand apartments or condos. I live in a house in Vegas, and I want one as close to Seocho-gu as possible. My company is opening up a venture capital office, and they're looking at Seocho-gu or Yeouido.
Ответить18.05 kkkk bruhh hit the point lol ,lm 22 but thinking l need quality 😂 Mike really dude lol
ОтветитьLooking forward to the rest of this series! ✨
ОтветитьIt's been so long !! I miss the k ranking show days !
ОтветитьThank you jina for this amazing video 🤗✨
ОтветитьYay!!! I missed you two together❤ Mike the rent rules in bigger cities have completely changed. Your deposit is your 1st and last month’s rent and rent in bigger cities is atleast $2k per month. In North Carolina average rent for 1 bedroom is $1,300. Also there are apartments that you could own. They are called co-ops.
ОтветитьDeposit for apartments are usually one months rent here in MD. For deposits though, many of the apartments I've lived in and friends have lived don't give back the deposit or try to take as much of it as they can (they try to find a lot of issues to keep the deposit)
You can buy a condo, which is similar to an apartment in terms of it being a building or complex of buildings containing a number of individually owned apartments (which are known as condos).
Yay! It was great seeing both of you together. It was very informative. From what I see apartments in Korean are equivalent to Condos and Co-ops in the US. Co-ops you buy the unit but have to follow the rules of the Co-op board. Condos you own the unit and do what you want as long as you don't damage the building structure.
ОтветитьHaha I still remember the video of that Airbnb! 🤣🤣
ОтветитьHey, Jina and Mike. It's nice to see you guys together on a video again. Is Mike still teaching at the international or private school (I forget which one)? It must be tough still working a full-time job and working with the new business.
ОтветитьIt is so awesome to see both of you Collab again!!
ОтветитьGreat show!!! Can’t wait until the next one airs.
ОтветитьI used to live in officetels in Korea with my husband before kids. We were English teachers in 2012-2014 and were provided an officetel one year and the next year we took monthly stipends and rented out own officetel. We paid a $5k deposit and $900 a month back then. I would rent an officetel again if I was single or couple without kids in Seoul! I enjoyed watching this guys! Keep practicing the Korea A to Z! You'll get it! 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьYou can Own a condo that used to be A part of an apartment complex. There's a lot of conversions going on these days.
ОтветитьUnless you live in the sticks it's not $700 anymore from rent North Carolina.
ОтветитьIf you didn’t describe what a villa was I would of been thinking the villa that my family has by the beach that has a pool. 😂
ОтветитьIs there 1 bedroom apartments available? Or are all of them 3 to 4 bedrooms?
ОтветитьI'm really loving this style of content! It's pretty chill, informative, and a rich topic for doing LOTS of episodes (and potentially easy to produce).
In our work slack, we have a channel where all the international assignment staff hang out, chat, and provide tips about all the different things they have to deal with in living/moving to a different country (in my case Japan), that are different or unexpected compared to where they came from.
It can range anywhere from trash sorting, registering w/the Ward Office, things to look out for when apartment hunting, housing advice, where to shop for stuff, getting things fixed, getting a bank account, which credit cards are easy to apply for (and don't automatically reject you because you're a foreigner), suggestions on which phone carrier to apply for, etc... The subject is rich!
I currently live in an officetel and the guy next doors seems to like to play video games throughout the night and he is the type to scream a lot…sometimes it’s funny tbh
ОтветитьI’m not sure if you’re still doing videos about scammers . But I was recently scammed and I wanted to know if I could send you a short story about it . Just not in the comment section . Please and thank you .
ОтветитьMost beautiful country and peaceful pakistan 🇵🇰 please visit ❤
ОтветитьA Car? I remember a video of you driving with your dad , lol
ОтветитьI just love her confidence 😂❤
ОтветитьMissing 2020’s jina but finding the same vibe 😂❤

ОтветитьLove the new video guys, it has been a wile since the two of you made a vid together, and Jina be lookin so beautiful as always. ❤😊and :PS I hope this is a new series I can't wait to see more 😊
ОтветитьHey! Condominiums are basically apartments you own. Some places still call it an apartment but you own it.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed this and so interesting
ОтветитьLoving this style of content. I guess the only thing left would be a penthouse....but that costs a lot of money.
ОтветитьNot in USD right?
Ответитьyou guys are so cute together! always love your styles!!
ОтветитьIs this a podcast? Sound like one but I can't find it. Great topic! I always wondering about this. Def can hear more on this.
Ответитьwait.. are you saying you paid 100k USD as a deposit for an apartment?
ОтветитьI miss this tandem 😊💙
