I like your app comparisons and getting to know new apps. After this interesting comparison, I am still happy to use Babbel.

These videos are so helpful! I am trying to compare different programs to see which is most beneficial in learning Spanish. I’ve always wanted to learn, but have only been able to progress so far with classes. They just feel disconnected from real life use of the language. Also am wanting to learn a few other languages - at least basics - for trips we hope to take in the future, and also connecting to my own ancestral languages. I’m thinking overall, Babbel will be what I go for, but I’m going to continue watching these before I decide for sure. Honestly, if Babbel had more language options, I feel like it wouldn’t be much of a question. I hope they keep adding languages. Thank you so much for the comprehensive comparisons!

Heyo! In the long run I think that Babble takes the win. Making learning fun, makes remembering easy.

I'm trying to win the giveaway so I can learn German. I have just graduated with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, so am wanting to learn something new. I initially wanted to learn Samoan as I am Samoan on my mother's side and would like to reconnect with the culture. Unfortunately, online resources for learning Samoan are scarce, so I decided to take a stab at German. While I find an alternative method for learning Samoan.

I have a list of languages I want to learn. French, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian. I genuinely believe I can learn these, I just need to figure out the best learning style for me. Thanks for these reviews, always!

I am still eyeing German. Though I also want to learn Mandarin and Korean with my kids. We used Duolingo in the past. It also helps to take notes.

Babbel is pretty good. I have used it before a long time ago. But I struggled with it when it came to learning to speak the language of my choice. But I got really good at reading Spanish from it. I’m getting back into it. I really want to learn to listen and speak Spanish more effectively. Thanks for the informative video.

Also as a side note

Hi nice video. I have been looking around at programs for Chinese to help me brush up on it but I noticed on Pimsleur that the Ukrainian language is free on there till March 31st. With access to the program till the end of the year. I don’t know if this was discussed before on the channel but I thought it would be useful to info to know.

I love listening to your videos :) Keep up the good work! The fact that you take the time to break these different systems down is amazing. So much work goes into this. I really do appreciate the work you and your team does.
