ОтветитьThanks for the video. It may be worth mentioning that there are not many lenders in this SMSF space anymore and also some require you to have a cash or cash equivalent reserve of funds as well as the deposit.

ОтветитьIF you choose yearly property tax your an idiot.... That property TAX then stays with the property forever and you are constantly in debt to the government just to live in your own home. "You will own something and the TAXMAN will be happy" setup

ОтветитьThis is a good video. I setup a SMSF in late 2019 for the purpose of purchasing direct property and limit my exposure to equity markets. I used BlueBay Finance to finance the purchase of a dual occupancy in Dakabin Moreton Bay QLD. One of the best decisions I made.
