Vy & Austin's Moody & Cinematic Colorado Elopement In Rocky Mountain National Park didn't go as planned - but was everything they could have hoped & dreamed for. As their wedding day approached, it became clear that it was going to be a moody day in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

However - that didn't hold them back from having one of the most genuine and heartfelt elopements I've had the pleasure of filming. When the weather foiled their plans to say their emotional wedding vows in Rocky Mountain National Park - they weren't phased.

Rather, they took the approach that this was a unique once-in-a-lifetime event that they only needed one another for. They said their heartfelt weddings vows, and then celebrated in their Airnb by just being together and living in the moment.

Just as we thought the weather was a wash, the rain stopped, and provided us with a moody, dramatic & cinematic backdrop in Rocky Mountain National Park to close out their Colorado wedding. While not all Colorado elopements go according to plan, it was an important reminder of what really matters on your wedding day - and as a result Vy & Austin were greatly rewarded.
