Does it communicate and sync with other calendars?

the embed on a website looks ridiculous. It is not mobile friendly and if you want more, you have to pay. Its an Alternative but not if you want to give your customer the best option. Calendly has also a free option which is more customizable.

Great video, Stewart! So far, I am liking Google's appointment scheduler. The only setback I am experiencing is my GCalendar's crowded look; since I have to set up multiple scheduled appointments (one schedule for just with me, and two other schedules with my colleagues as co-hosts), my GCal has the appointment schedules' vertical, thin blocks taking up space.

Do you know if we can potentially hide these vertical, thin blocks from GCal without deleting the scheduled appointment events? I haven't found any resources on how to do that, and I ended up actually emailing Google support on this.

Informative tutorial! What would one do if they want the customer to select a location and then select the service and then the availability for that location to pop up?
Also any way to customize the notification/cancellation/rescheduling email? (move things around, add small images, etc.)?
If one has to pay (not sure how much google charges) then what is the advantage of using google calendar?

Great video! I have a Google Workspace account for my business. I would like to ask, would I need to create individual calendars for my staff if I only want them to see the tasks they have. Or would I have a main admin calendar and allocate tasks to each individual from there? Thank you for your response. I have been trying to find this out for the past 3 days to no avail!

Excellent tutorial! Much better to have everything in google apps. Not a fan of Microsoft's forceful approach to use their software.

Nice guide!! When setting this up, im entering the slots using my own time zone. Is it possible to show the available spots in the clients time zone as well? I dont want them have to calculate when their appointment is. Love to hear more!

Can I use Google calendar or Forms ???? Everything in this video seems to be exactly what I am looking for (except multiple bookings per time) ....... Or can you please tell me what you would recommend I use.

Great video!! The issue with allowing clients to see your entire availability is the scarcity principle, so consider only showing a limited number of spots available for any one week, optimally pick two days with two spots each. Once one closes, open another spot.

Thanks for the video! Question, what does it mean to only have 1 booking page? Does that mean you can only have 1 appointment type? Or can you have multiple types, but it’s under one business umbrella?
