Could you possibly share what brand, weight, and type of interfacing that you used?

If you sew the legs to the body like that, how do you stuff the legs if the top of the legs is sewn shut to the bear?

Whitney, I loved making the memory bear thanks for posting. Do you have this pattern that is a little larger? I find it hard making such a small bear. Your bear looks a little larger but that could be just the posting. If you have anything please let me know.

Really like your videos. Would like to see steps to add button down collar to bear. I know how to do the collar, but not sure what to do with buttons on the button down collar. Could you do a video on this?

I did it! She's not perfect but I did it!! The feet are pointed, the head is crooked, eyes are uneven. Oh well. Practice practice practice

I made two of these bears perfect with the 18inch pattern and for some reason the third one the head pieces aren’t lining up now even tho I’m using the same pattern. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong ?

Can you use a overlocker?

I started sewing teddy bears when I was wounded in Iraq and couldn’t do anything else. I’ve always just kinda slapped them together, they’re good but I’ll start using your techniques to get them looking nicer.

What stabilizer do you recommend for cotton fabric & stretchy fabrics? My sewing machine has a tendency to make my fabrics slide even using pellon (light weight) stabilizer.
