The obvious bomb is the mole, Massacre Girl and Kaya planeswalker. At least for me.

I think we should learn our lesson from Bonehoard Dracosaur and put the dumb mythic dragon with no immediate impact that makes it impossible to lose if you untap with it higher up

In a vacuum, I can see Izoni being fairly strong, but I can see entire decks built around this new Kaya. I would like Izoni way more as a 5 drop.

#4 - "Open your MI-II-IN-ND"

Is Intrude on the Mind really that good? You can't really get a 5/5 with it unless your opponent somehow puts all 5 cards in one pile so you should just assume it's like Fact or Fiction but for one more blue mana that also gives you a 2/2 or 3/3. That token won't likely be all that relevant by that point in the game. Honestly think it's only like a B+.

The exact order of this list is more relevant than usual since play boosters can have a few rares on occasion.

I feel like izoni might flop with how expensive she is. 6 mana in recent sets haven't done much. She'll be fine, i just don't see her as the best.

Easy. Big dragon, big angel, big demon, big sphinx, big vampire, and the only planeswalker.

These bombs seem extra game warping this time around, especially considering a lot of them were at rare. I don’t remember seeing extra efficient removal either… hope I’m wrong because I’d hate to have another VOW like format

How does Smuggler's Copter compare with these? Less power but much cheaper, goes in every deck and synergises with most of what's going on

Many powerful cards here and 8 of them are creatures. Let's hope this is not a bomb-oriented limited format like Crimson Vow.

I think this is the first time where I think I've disliked/disagreed with Nizza on an entire mechanic: I think Collect Evidence is just going to be really clunky and hard to make work, especially repeatedly. There just isn't enough self-mill to make things work, in my eyes.

I would swap Vein Ripper and kaya on this list. Vein Ripper just seems insane to me.

so many of these cards are bombs in this set to be honest. I think that BREAD is going to be key in this set, meaning any decent removal is going to be top picks in this set.

Isn't Vein Ripper an 8-point swing (opponent loses 4, you gain 4) if it is targeted for removal? Sacrifice a creature to get past Ward = 2 and 2, then removing it is another 2 and 2?

I’d say that Case of the Ransacked Lab should have at least honourable mention. It’ll be a staple for any blue commander deck- cost reduction for all of your instants and sorceries AND turns them all into cantrips. Don’t sleep on it.

Vindicator is only a situational bomb after sinking like 10 mana into her, she should not be on this list.

Can't believe i missed the entire set review! Quick thought on #10 that's pretty niche, he could suspect himself to also have menace when attacking.

I think i might agree with some other comments that #1 is maybe not as crazy as some others on the list, but I'm eager to see

Was disagreeing with most of your picks, THEN got to your pick for #1. Yeah. Confirmed that we disagree completely. Not only is your #1 pick not great...I'd consider it flat out bad. This is my opinion, we all have our own, but yeah. That card is not good.

That dragon says target opponent loses the game on your next turn if not removed. I bet it will have the highest win rate.

Cryptic cloak is an incredible bomb. 3 mana for a 3/2 with ward 2 and unblockable is already really good for limited, and then add on top that it is very hard to deal with, repeatable, and in the late game can generate 2-3 creatures a turn, plus the potential upside of flipping your creatures is so much value.

Got first place at my LGS draft playing Simic. The big bomb, in fact, my pack-1 pick-1 was Case of the Locked Hothouse. Every game where I slammed it, I ran away with the game and won. Being able to play a bunch of lands and creatures off the top was incredible, and it was so easy to Solve it.
