Aia Sophia Vikkelsø Wimo has recently interviewed practitioners and students, as well as performed a literature analysis on women in computer science, under the supervision of Maria Paasivaara at the IT University of Copenhagen.

In this MeetUp, Aia will presented us her findings on the impact of gender diversity in agile development teams and how to get women interested in pursuing a career in agile development.
