1 kg chicken thigh
1 tsp salt | 1 tbsp smoked paprika | 1 tbsp garlic powder | 1 tbsp dried oregano | 1 tsp turmeric powder | 1 tsp chilli powder | 1 tsp Cumin powder | 2 tsp mustard paste | 1 tbsp tomato puree | 1 juice of lemon

Boil potato in salted water (try use Maris Piper potato for best result!

Tzatziki
1 handful of dill | 1 clove garlic (smashed to pulp) | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 grated cucumber (use salt then squeeze out the water) | 2 cups go full fat greek yogurt & mix
