Can you please let me know , do you need a website for Amazon wholesale. I heard from some gurus that you need a website to get approval from brands, Is that true but I am not sure what I can list on website as beginner I don't have any product if I create website then what items I can list on the website if I am waiting for brand approval. Please guide.

Sometimes I come across distributors who although have a large catalog of products but they mention that for our specific order, the products might have to be brought in from the supplier or manufacturer. Do you think this is legit and I should go for it or a little fishy and avoid it?
