What would you think of a guy that gets really upset when you don't reply to his messages, even after you agreed that you won't talk? I got multiple missed calls, and he sounded distressed almost crying, saying he was worried.

He also cried over the phone when I said I don't see this going anywhere because of religious/cultural differences and distance, although I like him.

Is this guy controlling, unstable or he is really just 'worried about me'?
