God that beginning file is formatted terribly
Ответитьwut is that drawing thing your using
ОтветитьWhat’s a good laptop to start with?
ОтветитьThat was helpful but you could have also explained variables by giving examples of those boxes. A variable is something like a box and you give a name to that box so that you can refer to it later like "Box1" have apples in it and "Box2" have oranges in it. The concept of variables is also important in programming
Ответитьi like your video it was good
Ответитьi was ocd'ing all over that o until you fixed it hahahaha the loup was making me think of soup until it was loop i wasn't going to comment anything rude tho hahaha my writing is way worse also i love your videos
ОтветитьAwesome explanation, evaaarrrrrrrr 👌
ОтветитьSo it's basically excel on steroids...

then die
1. Step by Step Execution: Instructions in a single line (code). Every line is an order. Order starts from top to bottom, executing every line, one after the other.
2. Conditional Execution: If the condition exists, execute part of the code, if not don't execute this piece of code. Condition at the top, if it is true, it will be executed via a condition. If the condition does not exist, another item is executed.
*If the condition does exist do something, if it does not do nothing. A YES OR NO STRUCTURE.
3. Loops: Say you have apples that you want to package in boxes. The instruction is to open the box, put the apple in, and close the box; if you want to do that for thousands of apples, you don't want to write one thousand lines. You would automate the process with loops. *Execute a set of instructions as many times as you want with loops.
4.Instructions within instructions: Block of code has instuction that you want to use in multiple places. You can call the block to be executed into any line of code when needed. BLOCK OF CODE.**
such a great video dude it really helped me am getting into programing and am learning its basics first
ОтветитьFree knowledge starting with letters and not full sentences. I will pay this forward
Ответитьthanks mate, nice job
ОтветитьSo basically,
1) Normal coding step by step.
2) If-else statements
3) Loops
4) Functions
HIRE ME GOOGLE
im a composer what am i doing here !!!
Ответитьnice analogy, well explain.
Thanks
for someone who just started trying to learn python yesterday, this video was very helpful. if you already know how to learn, then the hardest part is always trying to figure out the framework and the rules that you have to play within in the new subject. At least for me it is. Until you get a feel for how things generally work from a birds eye view - its hard to tell what you should be putting emphasis on and how should you be thinking about things. All i learned so far is to write a little script asking my name and age and stuff so hearing these 4 concepts helps me cuz i dont know generally how code is written at all, i have no frame of reference.
Ответитьnumber 3 should be called “fruit loops”
ОтветитьIt sounds like in the background, your computer fan is struggling due to dust (revving up and down constantly).
It's best to resolve that kind of issue as soon as possible, to prevent damage to the fan/bearings.
My advice is to blow the dust out of a computer a minimum of 1 time per year. I like to clean computers around Christmas or Thanksgiving, when visiting family, to insure it gets done and done properly.
Every 6 months is way better, because it doesn't really allow much dust to collect on the computer fans.
Option 3 is any day in Spring or Summer and then always on December 25, since I estimate waiting up to 9 months is usually fine.
Never go 5+ years without removing dust from inside a computer case, no matter how clean your home and and no matter how many air purifiers you run.
One of the best video i have watched 😍🙌🙌 thankyou
ОтветитьThank you for this!
ОтветитьThe screen resolution is too small to view.
ОтветитьThank you! You helped me a lot. :D
ОтветитьGreat video! 👍👍👍
ОтветитьDoesn't it seem Sal Khan teach us the concept of programming?
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьOk I was about to complain about u being a bad teacher but after reading comments maybe I just don’t understand
ОтветитьI never had a thought about this, this 4 stuffs is what we keep doing 😌
Thanks a Lot
Awesome example!

ОтветитьI did a lot of programming courses in Uni. I struggled so much. I wish someone had explained it like this. All they said was (if, else, for, do, while, switch) and then after a while of intense practice, you'd understand what's happening. I think logic flow charts, pseudocode, and architecture design are very important, more so than whatever language you're using. Don't master the language, master the design
ОтветитьAnd now your programming training is complete, go get a job.
ОтветитьThe funny thing is, understanding this video meets the minimum requirements, so you can now go compete for the same job market alongside CS college graduates.
ОтветитьPeople of all intelligence levels become programmers, smart/not so smart. Good at math/failed Algebra 1. The only thing that separates a real programmer vs not is how much of a life they are willing to have.
ОтветитьI totally understand all the info mentioned but I still don't know what I'm doing when I'm coding T.T
ОтветитьIts hard for me to understand why 😢
ОтветитьBest vide on programing
ОтветитьCan you make a video on data types...like signed, unsigned, long, void, ...why and when they are used....
Ответитьthank you man i really understand very well
ОтветитьThank you for the tutorial! This actually makes sense to me!
ОтветитьThis gives the archetype pattern for all code.
Going even deeper, the code for earths reality is:
1. Cut 2.Turn 3. Union 4. Flow
And this applies for every area of your life!
A good video is one which keeps gathering THANKS even after 8 years of being up on yt ! ... Crisp Clear Basics .. Thank You !

I'm trying, and failing spectacularly to begin "learning to code"
There is a ton of free content out there, with pretty simple beginner projects and as best as I can tell people are learning to code thanks to this content and that's great, but I can't.
Within seconds I have way too many questions and my brain literally can't move past them. I need to understand what, how, and why, and then the whats, hows, and whys of whatever follows from that, before I can even think about learning a coding language.
I guess it's the same kind of thing as learning a spoken language for me. I fail, and I think that might be down to needing to learn a good foundation of simple concepts _first_. Like, using an app, or following audio cues that are essentially throwing random sentences out there, just utterly fails for me, even if I keep trying it daily, and even if there is a switch in word order, or changing out a word, to ostensibly have you connect a particular word and commit it to memory, it doesn't help me.
I will quickly forget everything as I don't have enough context to understand why swapping that word is fine, but swapping another isn't, why those words are used in this sentence, but another with a similar meaning is completely different when the subject of the sentence is changed, I don't understand enough of the context of the other words to actually learn and thus manipulate what's learned and actually understand how to use it.
Point is, I have known this is why I've just been endlessly frustrated with trying to learn coding, and now I'm seeking out information to figure out which concepts I've got to grasp in order to actually learn a coding language. Content like this is so helpful for that. I now know a few more things about just what is covered in the video that my brain is going to need to learn more about the concepts of.
Thank you!
I wasted my time on this video
