How to RE-ARM your Mustang Survival MIT 100 Life Jacket

Does it go off automatically when it gets wet or do you have to pull the string cuz what you said it goes off automatically I did not know that good video

thanks for an awesome instruction. One question though, is there a way to no have to automatic deployment armed? I intend to use this for SUP which I don't really want it to deploy every time i'm in the water until I really needed.

Mine was a bit dirty. I had the bright idea to clean it a bit by placing the vest in the lake.... Pafff, it blowed fast. Dam. 50 bucks. 8-)

This type of life jacket will deploy as soon as the bobin is wet. It dit not deploy prematurely.
Those that have an hydrostatic will only deploy when the cartridge is 6” or more underwater. They are quite more expensive and so are the cartridges.
