I believe it's both. Look at the following hadith for example.
Narrated by Sahih Muslim 899 c:

'A'isha, the wife of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), reported:

I never saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) laugh to such an extent that I could see his uvula-whereas he used to smile only-and when he saw dark clouds or wind, (the signs of fear) were depicted on his face. I said: Messenger of Allah, I find people being happy when they see the dark cloud in the hope that it would bring rain, but I find that when you see that (the cloud) there is an anxiety on your face. He said: 'A'isha, I am afraid that there may be a calamity in it, for a people was afflicted with wind, when the people saw the calamity they said:" It is a cloud which would give us rain" (Qur'an. xlvi. 24).

I'm was good Muslim but for some reason i needed to take anti panic and anxiety tablet for panic about social life but which made myself not have panic on allah even i want to fear about allah my mind and brain not supporting so im doing haram things what can I do?

I was feeling scared of school because I some teacher without reason said sad bad things to me then prophet Mohammad was called worst by his haters and I know i need not fear anything in this world except Allah, he created us all equal, Allah is with me , ALLAHU AKBAR ❤

Shaik, what when know that Allah is Al Wadood, then there is no fear at the moment. Because the person knows that Allah is all loving and then the person doesn’t care much because of the fact he knows that Allah is loving, he will forgive me, so I don’t need to worry if I do a mistake. How do we deal with this mentality of people? Because I heard so many people saying this most of the times. I ask sometimes to my friends that why they listen music, and they say that’s fine, Allah will forgive me, He is very merciful. They have no fear at this moment
