Any tips for avoiding headaches during a fast?

ive alwasy had the opposite problem of anorexia, to the point of hospitalization . never have dealt with binging , fasting for spiritual reasons will be very different for me !

Yes it is the mind

Fasting is harder for the mind then for the body

I had prayer and fasting last 3 days. On my 1st I succeeded my fasting but on the 2nd day I called it battle because I felt so hungry I cant stop my self to eat fish, soup and nuts but after I ate it. I dont know what I felt because my conscience attacts me Im so sad and desperately to follow God 10pm I got vomit the taste is so fishy and too bitter as in so bitter I thought Im gonna die because I can't breathe but thanks to the glory of God I became good feeling I felt Im free from angry, sadness, depression. On the 3 rd day my body too tired my head was aching I felt numb on my feet and legs but glory to God I successfully finished my prayer and fasting..
