These women's games have become a joke and are much like "professional" wrestling. All drama queens, prima donnas. immature, overly emotional, vile, and most of the coaches are all about themselves. More and more players should be kicked out of the game - maybe that will make this a little more professional in the future. No mental toughness - all thin-skinned.

That's weak officiating! An elbow is no different than a punch. Nor is the hand in the face and push is the same as a punch. Both players should have been ejected. That let's everyone know that as a crew, we are going to play that game.

You never ever retaliate at the same time. The incident always draws the refs attention, the retaliation always gets called. You retaliate a few plays later. Smarter would be the flop after the elbow, get the technical and possible ejection.

Once again the game devolves into a shoving match due to poor or slow whistles. The Ref should have blown the whistle on the push with the first elbow by the player in white. If they openly tolerate that, then any player has the right to defend themselves. The player in white should have been ejected while Gordine (chk. sp.?) should have gotten a technical foul.

ECU #11 was all over Temple #10; she was in her back & then hanging on; Temple #10 simply swung her arm to break the 'tackle'.... ECU #11 got pissed & threw a head shot. These sort of interactions are commonplace in basketball.... & if the umpires call foul(s), so be it.... just wear it & just get on with the game.
ECU #11 needs to learn that getting physical with other players will sometimes have consequences.
