- The main reason Hitler hated any group for that matter is because they were left-leaning, progressive and anti-military. Ideas that formed governments like the Weimar republic were notably more associated with left-leaning groups and individuals including jewish people, gay people and the likes. hints and proof: if you look on statistical data of concentration camps, all the people in there would've fallen under the umbrella of left-wing anti-tradition and anti-military ideologies.
