ОтветитьThanks for this video!. On Saturday I am going to be teaching a watercolor painting class to a centre that works with youth and adults on the autism spectrum. This video was very informative and I wrote down lots of bullet points to reference when teaching them! If you have ANYMORE helpful tips (in very easy to understand terms) so I can teach it to ALL of them before my Saturday workshop I'm teaching I would LOVE the help and advice/tips!!

ОтветитьI remember watching this video when I was just learning how to use watercolour! I’m now back because I took a break your video helped me learn a lot thank you so much! 😆😃
ОтветитьThis is definitely my introduction to watercolor, I remember watching this a few years back, while I still have those crayola watercolors. Now I’m a sophomore in college😭.
ОтветитьYou r great :)
ОтветитьSome presenters make the topic sooo complicated. Do this, do that, don't do that...bla bla bla. You quickly go through some easy to follow techniques and then say "experiment, experiment, experiment." How liberating!
ОтветитьThis cheerful and relaxed approach was just the little push I needed to actually pick up one of my brand-new brushes and finally begin on my own path with this medium that has fascinated me since the day as a child when I used the only materials at hand. I employed a piece of slick card stock paper from a package of silk stockings, diluted food coloring and blended colors, a wooden toothpick, and a Q-tip to paint a rainbow trout. It was the best result, surprisingly enough and my mother could barely believe I'd done it with those supplies. Now 72 years later, I'll try to do it 'right.' Thanks for this video and your enthusiasm.
ОтветитьI love your videos! Learning so much!
ОтветитьI'm looking for lessons like this. I normally draw, but I want to learn to paint and mixing drawing and painting together. I'd that's possible.

So enjoyed the Demo
I'll have to go and get me some water colour paint😊

ОтветитьI have the tendency to get really impatient with myself when learning. Been trying to water color without really knowing how, to my obvious dissapointment. Thank you for this. I hope to be as good as you someday!

ОтветитьIt's funny. I've been following you on Instagram for YEARS now and yesterday, I somehow had the idea that I want to get creative and learn how to use watercolour. So I searched for it on Google, clicked the first search result which was a video and looked at the creator of the tutorial. A name I know! Hehe, what a coincidence. Thank you for this tutorial. <3

ОтветитьThank you for your instruction. I'm a senior citizen trying watercolor for the first time in my life and I am SO glad that you said that it involves a lot of experimentation. I think I now feel like I can conquer this medium without it driving me crazy in the process! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

ОтветитьDid my first time painting yesterday and used watercolors, should have watched this first as the tip for the 2 jars of water could have helped a lot haha. I started to just empty the water frequently and using the "dirty" water as a way to mix and use it to my advantage. :p
