Omagosh I love this!!!
ОтветитьThat came out great I did similar thing with just card board not nearly as nice as yours the only thing I did was spray paint the side that faces out black it blends in with the tint on windows
ОтветитьWonderful and clever idea!
I like so mutch this kind of project.
Thank you for sharing.
I give you my best compliments.
Greetings from Northwest Italy 🇮🇹😊👋
I don't have tools, but really enjoy your channel.
ОтветитьGenius !
ОтветитьSmart idea
ОтветитьMy favorite window cover design yet
ОтветитьThis is Shark Tank level genius!! I wish I was half this creative… You would sell a billion of these type of things to vehicle dwellers and campers. You can never get enough storage and space!
ОтветитьI gave this video a thumbs up, AND a like
ОтветитьI like this idea a lot…I can sew I just don’t know how to adjust the tension and end up giving away perfectly good sewing machines…I’m waiting for a $50 machine that always adjusts the tension automatically.
ОтветитьBrilliant! 🇨🇦👩🏽👍🏽
ОтветитьWould you make some of these for my Subaru Crosstrek? Please? 😁 For an excellent fee??
ОтветитьGreat idea! I've been wanting to make some flyscreen interior window inserts for my van (there are weather shields outside, so if the window is down a little, rain won't come in) so the window can be open for ventilation and mosquitos etc don't easily fly in. The plasic tabs to lock a panel in place between the window and car trim is genius. Some great ideas here I can adapt. Also really appreciate you crediting other channels you've learnt from. Subscribed.
ОтветитьWhat a cool idea and easy fix to attach things to the window without drilling the car!👍👍👍
ОтветитьAbsolutely love this. Where did you get your mesh fabric?
ОтветитьVery nice solution 😊
ОтветитьA blanket stitch around the pocket might give a more finished look.
ОтветитьWould empty milk jugs work as well as the plastic container?
ОтветитьWell done!
Ответитьback windows
ОтветитьJust came from the other video big window cover video and I just wanna thank you for the sewing channel recommendation! Love it when people share how they learned new skills.
We all stand on the shoulders of giants!
What a great idea! I love how you turn a useless window into something that leverages storage. Clever!!
ОтветитьNice
🔵🔵🔵🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍🔵🔵🔵
I’m not that great with power tools. Making the clips looks intimidating. I might experiment with suction cups.
ОтветитьNiubility! That's what I want! Thanks!
ОтветитьI always enjoy how clever you are and willing to share the construction! After watching you slide the window cover in several times, including the lock I wondered how that would affect window tint? Nice video MtD
ОтветитьDo you sell thing you make ? Or do you take custom orders ?
ОтветитьDid you end up painting the outside of the cover black for stealth or did you leave it as is?
ОтветитьI recently found your channel and love your work. You are an inspiration for me to do similar. TY
ОтветитьI have no intention of sleeping in my minivan but your videos are just too good.
ОтветитьI like that you sew. So many men and women do not use sewing very often in their builds. I am from the era that learned in school, and mom, and then sewing classes when sewing quilting shops were more prevalent. Those corner windows are space needing to be used for sure. I’m thinking of some sort of pouch that can stay in place or remove if I need it for shower, etc as there is no room for extra bags floating about when car camping.
ОтветитьYou are a genius!
ОтветитьThose are the same 😂
ОтветитьThis is your best project yet imo. KISS
ОтветитьDude, you are quite ingenious, I’m impressed!
ОтветитьThat eas genius. i'm making this for sure! Thank you so much!
ОтветитьMaking that window cover must have taken a lot of patience.
ОтветитьIve got those net pouches i bought mine from ebay.
ОтветитьMagnificent !!!
ОтветитьI want to recommend you experiment with a flexible cutting board from Dollar tree as a building material.
ОтветитьSuper well done! Would it be an idea to paint the back side black?
ОтветитьI've been looking for something like this for my little mini van.. Brilliant idea with the Tupperware tabs and thank u for the reference to the other 2 channels.. Subscribed to all of you 🔥
ОтветитьThose tabs are genius! So many possibilities with that one attachment system. Thanks for sharing. I loved the weird neighbour using the sewing machine in the rear of the car scene. I’d almost want to talk to my neighbour if I saw them doing that.
ОтветитьDo you think the abs plastic you used for your fan builds is strong enough, vs. The wood?
ОтветитьYour brain is so awesome!
ОтветитьOmg I love this. But I don’t have the skills to do it!
ОтветитьI have an upper shelf in my Fit and I remember seeing somewhere on YT, a second swivel shelf - without a pipe/lagun stand but instead connected to the shelf right above it. Gives at least a 90 degree counter space out the back. I can’t remember if it was a van or car kitchen. If you have seen similar please add link.
ОтветитьPure genius. 🙏
ОтветитьI saw this and thought you would be interested. I guess you sent to me.
