How You Should NOT Do Engineering

I've been a part of quite a few engineering projects, and they're never not challenging. Always surprises, always over time, always over budget, it's great!! I did one earlier this year for a video I was going to do on trusses. It was a complete disaster that cost me months of my time. Failure is always a good teacher, so I figured it would be a good example of what you should and shouldn't do when taking on new projects.
