I know you don’t work at the USCIS, but to the best of your knowledge, do you think EB2-NIW petitions related to the Oil and Gas industry could receive some sort of fast track processing preference above others?

Luckily for me, my petition, which I recently submitted (thanks for your course!), is related to O&G production. It would have been much easier for me to make the case for National Interest now with Trump, but I must say even with Biden’s administration, there was enough material available. O&G has been always of National Interest for the USA, after all it was during Biden’s administration that the USA has been reaching new peaks as the #1 oil producer country in the world
