Developers have developing azure function app in developing
environment so i have provided RBAC Built-in roles (Website
Contributor) to Developers users.

But in production environment i need to provide read access on azure
function app to users due to security reason. When i provide custom
role read access on azure function app to users. Users are not able to
access azure function app.

How to grant read access on azure function app to users. Please help me out.

Note: Website Contributor is included read, write, delete and action
access but I need to grant read access only.
