My understanding is to AVOID Ret Paladin, Balance Druid, Feral Druid, & Windwalker Monk if I want to raid at a high level (25m heroic) without feeling weak when I look at damage meters at the end. Understood. MoP HYPE !

I know this is copium but I hope they do tuning for MOP, I really want to play MW but I heard that last phase MW felt bad because they nerfed revival and that’s like their only CD. Just kills the vibe knowing I’m going into something that will get nerfed

What sucks with MoP is, as a WW main for ages now, the class is so meh during the entire xpac but at the same time the other 2 classes I play, feral and enh, are both better but still not meta. So im stuck with either playing a class I might not enjoy or waiting 6 years to get invited to groups

MoP was strictly a PvP expansion for me back in 2012. So I can’t speak on any PvE for it.
But I can vouch for destruction warlock, nothing has ever come close to how insanely strong they were. I know ppl like to say all classes were strong. But destro was a hard outlier on top. I saved numerous screenshots of hate mail and whispers just from the domination it could do. It’s almost too much to list off the top of my head.

The ember tap 20% self heal, I remember blood fear.. insta cast fear (removed early on for just how strong it was), ALL spells castable while moving. The mobility and self heal was just insane survivability. Now let’s add in the buffed shadow burn that is an ungodly execute and refunds more embers for more self heals. With Havoc you could cast 3 double chaos bolts. That’s 6 chaos bolts. It was just pure LINSANITY. Anyone looking to PvP destro is the play.

Love the vid and your information always helps but as far as a list goes, with A+ and D meaning to be determined .. makes the rest of the list feel dishonest I guess. Thanks for your vids tho and I was planning on maining an arms warrior in MoP just like back in the day, I honestly don’t remember survival hunters being so BiS back in the day !! Maining a warlock in SoD and def gonna be making a afflic alt for last phases of MoP w/ green/fel fire quest, hopefully that’s still in the game too. Either way good job on getting Scotty J’s insight and great video once again !

What kind of changes do the make to Ret in MoP to make it fun? Was leveling one in Cat and im not sure if it is the most boring class ive ever played, but i always want to be doing anything else

ah i love this so much, gets me super hype for mop, can't wait for it to release. Do you already have a video about like a get MOP ready for cata?

MoP HYPE! I never played MoP before but as a SoD enjoyer, im super excited. I can see a lot of similarities. I'd like to see a vid on healers/tanks

So as someone who rolled Frost DK back in OG Mop I would probably put them at a solid B+ or A- Tier. The 2h frost build is solid for the first 2 tiers of content but not the best dps. They have good utility on a lot of the fights with mass grip and such. About phase 3 they get to do the masterfrost dual wield however by that point a lot of classes just scale better than them so they actually drop to a B- in terms of damage. Expect Frost to do very well in low gear levels and as classes scale frost will drop off in terms of damage. At least that was my experience with the class the first go around.

Shaman ele/enh definitely belong in A tier.
...and they can dual spec over to a top healer (with mostly the same gear) if needed which none of those other classes in A or B can. Overall raid value is S.

I'll be playing mage, i always played melee's and tanks in retail for many years, but started playing in wrath with some friends and went with a mage for something different and have really enjoyed it. Mage even if it's not top dps just has so many nice things that come with the class like blink, ice block, cauterize, lust, and now alter time... it just has alot to work with which is really fun to me.

You have got alot better at edit and quality content :) What do you use for editing im always curious

unholy is always S tier in first phases but scales really bad through the expansion compared to warriors.
